What are Kimochis?
Simply put – Kimochis are “Toys with feelings inside.”
Kimochi (Key-mo-chee) means “feeling” in Japanese.
A while back I had the pleasure of reviewing the Kimochis line for a potential Kidlutions Preferred Products award. Of course they won!
The Kimochis come in two sizes: large and small. You can view the full line of characters here. In the photo above, my daughter is holding her Kimochis Cat (this is the character that most closely resembles her personality, yes). She is placing a “happy feeling” inside the cat’s pouch – because she was feeling happy at that moment.
Kimochis can assist parents, teachers, day care providers and children with communication, expression of feelings, kindness, empathy toward others and much more.
